How often do you think about leadership? More directly, how often do you think about non-political leadership?
Leadership applies to more than just the political arena. Leadership appears in our life daily in all shapes and sizes.
Have you read about the economy and bailouts recently? This is an example of flawed and most likely failed leadership.
Corporate leaders paying more attention to stock price and increased revenues while not paying attention to how the results are achieved is part of our problem today. Now those same leaders are expecting somebody else to bail them out and fix their problems.
A true leader is not whining about his or her problems and asking for a handout.
A leader will step up to the problem, address it and look for solutions, and put an action plan in place.
How are the leaders in your life responding today?

By now you have either heard about people using an executive coach or you have read about executive coaches. You have probably thought that is good… but for someone else… I don’t need it… Perhaps you need to think again. Many people utilize a coach to help them be successful. And not just in one area of their life. Think about this. Tiger Woods is the greatest golfer in our times. As good as he is, he relies on a Swing Coach to help him perform even better. That isn’t his only coach. He has a team of experts to help him in other areas of his life as well. So what are you doing about your game? What are you doing to improve yourself? What are you doing to help yourself become more successful? People are turning to coaches every day. Businesses are looking for ways to provide executive coaching or lifestyle coaching for their employees. Coaching is not just for the elite top managers. Coaching is not only for poor performers. Coaching is for everyone, including you, to help you become more successful.
